Map items and products
When Connector for Microsoft Dynamics is installed, Microsoft Dynamics GP takes precedence over all
product information. Therefore, you must verify that all your inventory items are recorded in Microsoft
Dynamics GP before you integrate them with Microsoft Dynamics CRM products.
Note: Pricelist operations are handled differently between Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft
Dynamics CRM, so this map may require a longer run time than other maps. This map also integrates
the pricing method that is assigned to a Microsoft Dynamics GP item as a custom attribute on the
corresponding Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 product.
